Contractor in Bloemfontein seeks QUALIFIED BUILDER.
Requirements :
•Extensive experience in both single- and double storey residential housing is essential.
•Read and interpret plans
•Ability to mark out levels with dumpy level
•Ability to supervise a team to achieve correct quality and to meet deadlines.
•Technical knowledge to manage all facets of building ( ground works, foundations , brick work, plastering, prep and paint , roof, ceiling , plumbing and electrical)
•Manage stock and equipment on site
•Health and safety on site
•High energy level
•Code 8 drivers license
Provide short CV with contactable references.
Salary negotiable depending on qualifications and/or experience.
