Item description
Construction Manager/Foreman required for a circa. 30 week /£3.5mil Earthworks Project in Cardigan, commencing late March/early April. Supporting the Project Manager in leading the quality/safe delivery of this project, in accordance with client and stakeholder requirements- getting it right first time and adopting the ‘Carey Way.’ Following the completion of this project, you will transition to other projects in the South West region.
Required Skills/Experience/Certification:
Bulk earth work and drainage experience
Knowledge of lime stabilization desirable
Gold CSCS, SMSTS or SSTS required
First Aid and plant tickets desirable
Strong communication skills and collaborative style
Proven track record in a similar role
Commercially and contractually aware
Quality and Safety focused
Ability to schedule / plan and effectively delegate
