eStore24™ franchises offer you fully equipped stores with huge potential and good
projected cash-flows. Profile A-stores are rolling out at an investment price of R295 000.00
excluding VAT & R80 000, 00 Trading Stock). Each eStore24™ franchise is projected to
generate gross profits between R110 000, 00 and R140 000, 00 a month. We provide all the

The investment price of an eStore24™ franchise includes: Shop fitting, Signage, Shelving,
Point of Sale system (Including Back office system Networked to Main Frame) , Fitted bakery
as well as equipment for preparing meals onsite.
Our central office system enables retailers to become part of our network and is live always
via ADSL. All orders created on main system, and forwarded to retailers for approval. Once
approved orders is placed in bulk, and distributed to your outlet. If any retailer can get any
product cheaper from a supplier, this supplier can be listed national. We firmly believe in
Sell-What-Sells, and NOTHING ELSE! This ensures your stock capital generates a good
income from day one. To ensure competitiveness of your store, stores are launched at a
20% introduction GP. This GP is set, up and until your store achieves R300 000, 00 turnover
a month. Thereafter GP’s can be set on site, and higher rate of sale ensures better deals
with suppliers. Thus, once minimum turnover of R300 000, 00 is achieved, you control your
store GP, and you qualify for better pricing from our supply chain. For effective rate of
sale, system requires at least 3 months site specific trading history.

Our stores are between 80-120m², and are fully fitted and furnished convenience retail
outlets, with an on-site frozen food bakery & take away. Initial stock of R80k is needed
and included in price of R295 000, 00. eLiquor™ and eMeat&More™ Franchises is also
available for National Roll Out.
Your store will sell a range of convenience products such as energy drinks, cool drinks,
groceries, cooked meals, freshly baked pies, dairy products, candy, gum, chips, biltong,
cigarettes, coffee, muffins, sandwiches, books, newspapers, pre-paid airtime, pre-paid
electricity, fruit and vegetables and more. Our franchise fee is set at 2% of turnover.
