The Leisure and Hospitality Division is responsible for the management of our operational resorts, as well as playing a key role in the development of future projects as they enter into their final stages of completion. Their role is to ensure the smooth transition from a construction project to a fully operational and successful holiday resort.

The Leisure Team have direct influence on all operational and management issues, such as staff training, food and beverage supply, service orientation and management development. They are also responsible for continually evaluating and implementing new products and services that improve the guest experience and ensure our Resorts meet their commercial targets.

The key objective of the Division is to drive and deliver the targeted level of Hospitality Revenue into the Group. This is achieved through a close working partnership with the Hotel Operator, Tour Operators and all other related parts of our Group, including Sales, Marketing, Construction Services and our Integrated Businesses.

One of the principal functions within Leisure and Hospitality is the successful marketing and promotion of our Resorts on a global scale. This should translate into the achievement against key metrics such as Room Rates, Occupancy and On-Resort Revenues. Driving cost efficiency within the supply chain is also a key contributor to our overall success.

Whilst we engage with and have long-term agreements in place with world-renowned hotel brands, the running of our hotels on both an operational and strategic level is very much part of our Group. This ensures we met our obligations to our investors by way of retaining responsibility and accountability for their returns.
